NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced "soup," provides the latest information technology, communications, and audio-visual solutions and services for all federal agencies and their approved contractors.
A long-running GWAC for federal ITC/AV acquisition.
Created in 1993, SEWP I was the first Governmentwide Acquisition Contract in the federal acquisition space. SEWP has continued to evolve for more than 30 years, expanding its scope to meet customer requests across technology products, services, and solutions.
The program is self-funded through a 0.34% usage fee and provides acquisition support to all federal agencies, supporting more than 50,000 orders each year.

How requests for quotes work through SEWP VI.
Order-level opportunity
Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b), including use of the SEWP RFQ tools.
Contract-listed solutions
Contract holders may quote IT solutions listed under the contract and available in the SEWP database of record to government end-users.
RFI market research
For market research RFIs, items not yet on contract must be clearly marked as not yet available on the SEWP contract.
RFQ responses
RFQ and Market Research Request responses should include only items available on contract, with pricing no greater than the SEWP database price at quote time.
Quote validity
Submitted quotes clearly state how long the quote is valid, and orders submitted within that stated time period are honored.
SEWP RFQ system
Responses to RFIs or RFQs issued from the NASA SEWP online quoting system follow the Contract Holder User Manual process.
